HAIR CARE
CURLY OR KINKY HAIR:
MAINTENANCE
- Apply a moisture rich Conditioner and comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.
- Leave Conditioner in for at least 15 minutes or more
- Do not massage the hair.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Scrunch hair gently to enhance the curls.
- When damp, apply a dime size of an anti-frizz alcohol free hair serum.For soft kinks, a curl cream may be required for a more tamed look,
- Let air-dry
- Do not use oil products or excessive products on curly hair, it will cause matting.
- Do not brush or comb hair when dry, it will cause hair to frizz and may cause hair to tangle.
- Important NOTE: Conditioner only wash is recommended at least 3 times a week
BED TIME CARE
- Before going to bed, put your hair in one big high ponytail (pineapple), wear a satin scarf or bonnet.
- After waking up, untie ponytail.
- Spray hair with a water bottle and comb through section by section using a wide tooth comb starting from the roots to the top.
- Scrunch hair gently.
- Let air-dry.
- Do not touch when wet. This causes the hair to get big and frizzy.
STRAIGHT OR NATURAL WAVE
MAINTENANCE
- Shampoo at least once a week using a good quality sulfate-free shampoo.
- Do not massage the hair.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Apply a moisturizing conditioner and comb hair, starting with the ends working your way up to your scalp.
- Rinse thoroughly.
- Let air-dry.
DAILY CARE
- Brush or comb through to style.
- Apply an alcohol-free hair serum for shine as needed.
BED TIME CARE:
- Before going to bed, braid your hair into one loose large braid and wear a satin scarf or bonnet.
- After waking up, undo braid and comb using a wide tooth comb (or paddle brush)through beginning at the ends and working your way up to roots.

Q: WHAT IS VIRGIN HAIR?
A. Virgin hair is human hair that is unprocessed and has never been altered by color, perm or other chemicals. It is 100% natural and has all of its cuticles intact.
Q: HOW MANY BUNDLES OF HAIR DO I NEED?
A.The amount of bundles needed, depends on the type of look you are going for. Typically the amounts of bundles needed are:
*12-18inches ~ 3 bundles
*18-26inches ~ 4 bundles
*26inches and beyond ~ 4+ bundles
Q: CAN THE HAIR BE DYED/BLEACHED?
A.Yes. All virgin hair can be dyed/bleached. Do keep in mind that once the virgin hair is dyed or bleached, it is no longer unprocessed. Any chemical used to alter the natural state of the hair is now considered processed. Advance care will be needed due to the hair no longer being attached to the scalp and therefore losing its natural moisture source. We highly recommend having your hair stylist dye your hair, so you will get the results you want and not damage the hair.
Q: CAN THE HAIR BE FLAT IRONED OR CURLED?
A. Yes. Our hair can be flat ironed and/or curled. We suggest you use a heat protectant when using hot hair tools. Another alternative to get a curled look is to use flexi rods or rollers. This will prevent any possible heat damage.
Q: HOW LONG DOES THE HAIR LAST?
A. This is 100% Virgin hair and can last for up to a year or more depending on how you take care of the hair. Proper hair care is the key!
Q: HOW MUCH DOES EACH BUNDLE WEIGH?
A. Each bundle weighs approximately 3.5 oz. The length of the hair can alter the weight. The longer the hair, the more bundles you will need.
Q:WHY MY HAIR EXTENSION GETTING TANGLED?
A: 1) Your hair extension tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt built-up. Salt water, chlorine and not combing (wide tooth comb) out your hair daily.
B: 2) Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use olive oil to moisten it smoothly or consult your stylist for more help.
Q: HOW DO YOU KNOW WHICH TO CHOOSE?
A: Brazilian hair: Brazilian hair is one of the most popular in the market now.This hair is used diversely because of its softness, durability and thickness.Brazilian hair is extremely luxurious and very soft with a lot of body and natural shine. Brazilian Hair will also hold curls for very long time. The hair is extremely versatile.

WHAT ARE PRE-ORDERS?
Orders take 2-3 business days to be processed. Your order will arrive to your home within 3-5 business days to arrive after order is processed and paid in full.
Wigs are 6-10 business days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Your order will arrive at your home within 3-5 Business Days from the date your order was processed. Wigs are 6-10 business days. At this time the only shipping service we provide for all pre-orders is standard USPS Mail. If you select any other method at the time of checkout , the time frame will not change.
CALCULATING YOUR ORDER’S ARRIVAL TIME
When calculating your 3-5 business days (Wigs are 6-10 business days.) please keep in mind that Saturdays & Sundays do not count as a business day. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, incorrect address, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
At this time the only shipping service we provide for all pre-orders is standard USPS Mail. If you select any other method at the time of checkout , the time frame will not change.
We try our best to make sure your wait time is as little as possible while maintaining a high standard of quality of hair extensions.
WHAT IF I ORDER TWO ITEMS & ONLY ONE IS ON “PRE-ORDER”?
All items will be held until “Pre-Order” item arrives , then all items will be shipped out together.
HOW WILL I KNOW ONCE ITS BEEN SHIPPED?
You will be notified via a shipment confirmation email (with a tracking number) once your “Pre-Order” item has been shipped. You will not need to contact customer support, or do anything to follow up on the “Pre-Order” package.
We supply hundreds of extensions world wide, which means that our stock constantly goes up & down. Therefore, to make sure our customers can still order hair that they desire we provided the option to pre-order. Pre-Order is limited and not always available, so if it is offered at the time of purchase , please select because it will guarantee your order.
